We will have our next Open Classroom on 16^th May between 2 and 3pm. Our focus is “Outdoor learning” so please come dressed for outdoor activities (weather permitting). Kelly Malyon from the Social, Emotional and Mental Health team will be joining us and on hand to offer advice regarding behaviour and well-being for your child.

At Netherhall Mead Academy, we recognise the importance of siblings in our pupils’ lives. We would like to offer an Open Classroom for siblings on May 15^th between 3pm and 4:30pm. You will be able to come in as a family and spend time with your child and their siblings, supported by our teaching staff. There will be activities which are fun and engaging to take part in and a cafe run by our S7 class.

Please turn up at any time between 3 and 4pm to spend time with us (the event will finish at 4:30pm).

It is also our Values launch week for pupils, so feel free to bring in any pictures/images you have created at home – or ask our staff to make them whilst you’re here with us.

Our summer singalong will take place on Wednesday the 18^th June. There will be refreshments and a raffle to raise money for Friends of Netherhall Mead. This is always a really lively event so do come and enjoy some relaxed social time with us!

After the success of last year’s family gardening event, we invite you to bring family and friends to our gardening and picnic event. Please bring your own picnic and come and enjoy our beautiful outdoor area, helping us to prepare it for the summer time. It will also be great for you to see our new outdoor learning building which is currently under construction.
